Warrington G. Lawrence began his career in the office of McKim, Mead & White. He later started practice under his own name.
In 1909 Lawrence maintained an independent office in Manhattan until his retirement. He designed the Borough Hall in Roselle, N. J, and the First National Bank at Redbank, N. J. He also designed various buildings, including many residences, in the greater New York area.
