BY / FOLMER GRAFLEX CORPORATION / 14789 ROCHESTER, N.Y., U.S.A." and another at rear reading "SLIDING CARRIAGE / FOR No. 10A CAMERA", with serial number 155339 stamped to part of track; retaining stacking backs/adapters for film sizes 8" X 10", 5" X 7", and 4" X 5", and remarkably retaining a Wollensak Varium f:4 Focus 19" lens in Wollensak No. 5 Studio shutter barrel-mounted in wooden lensboard. Circa 1925. 25" x 20" x 13", 5 1/4" D lens front.

Good to very good condition overall, with heavy wear to several wooden components especially to backs and carriage, and various old tape repairs or reinforcements to these areas; bellows is supple and moves freely but has multiple tape repairs and is likely a replacement; rubber shutter bulb mechanism has dried and cracked off; lens seems to be in excellent condition with no visible interior cloudiness or fungus, its aperture/iris opens quickly but closes quite slowly, camera has not been tested for functionality and would certainly need some work before attempting to operate (see Catalogue Guarantee).
