SHERATON TALL CHEST
America, First Quarter of the 19th Century
In assorted hardwoods with tiger maple drawer fronts. High backsplash with foliate and rope carving. Galleried sides with similar carvings. Case with an interesting assortment of eleven small drawers, a central tambour cupboard and three graduated full-width drawers. Reeded half columns at sides terminate in turned legs.
Height 65.5". Width 50.75". Depth 21.25".

Condition

Old refinish. Very top is missing a piece of decorative carving/finial. Structurally good.
