Edo period (1615-1868), circa 1700
Each of conical form tapering to the top, set on three scalloped feet and applied with a loop handle pierced to hold a chain, the dome cover finished with a jewel-shaped finial and a loop ring, decorated in underglaze cobalt, iron-red and gold with hares and flowering grasses punctuated by crashing waves, the metal spout protruding from a chrysanthemum floret molded in relief
