STERLING: Silver pins and brooches, some marked sterling, others tested silver, seven pieces, including: sterling Celtic harp brooch, Birmingham c. 1903, with inlaid stone, three leaf clover, made by William Henry Lyde; sterling WW1 era Hertfordshire Regimental badge, London c.1916, featuring the Hertfordshire Regimental coat of arms over a tortoiseshell type material; two sword shaped brooches, each with embedded stone, one tested silver with embedded bone, the other marked sterling, longest: 3 1/2" l.; sterling dagger shaped brooch with English hallmarks; one anchor shaped brooch and one buck shaped brooch; wear consistent with age and use.
