The Kawasaki Motorcycle & Engine company is a division of Kawasaki Heavy Industries (founded 1878); the Z1300 model was a water cooled six cylinder sports motorbike manufactured from 1979-1989, described as a hyperbike and an autobahn stormer by Motor Cycle News in 1979.
