3.11.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1488-The structure is sturdy, there is some overall tonal variation, rings and finish wear (particularly visible in top surface, there is minor bowing to upper shelving and light bending to a few hooks, see images, otherwise I note appropriate light wood wear and rubs, drawers slide well and base and lower shelf are sturdy, all mentioned commensurate with age and use Please see attached images for your review.
