ISAMU NOGUCHI FOR KNOLL ASSOCIATES, CYCLONE TABLE, NEW YORK, MID/LATE 20TH CENTURY, originally designed in 1953 at the request of Hans Knoll to match the ever popular Harry Bertoia chairs, the white, circular, pressed laminate top is raised on a swirling chrome plate steel wire standard issued from a circular coated cast iron base, with the original paper label, "Knoll Associates, Inc., New York, N.Y." Condition
Expected wear to the top includes scuffs, scratches, colored stains, and wear. Oxidation and patina to metal areas, some coating of the foot now lost.
