Description
A CHINESE INK CAKE, PAVILION AND FRUITING FLOWERS, QING DYNASTY (1644-1912), QIANLONG PERIOD (1736-1795), 18TH CENTURY, compressed carbon of square form, one side with a bird's eye view of a grand pavilion and garden, the reverse with a central recessed seal encircled by blossoming lotus, prunus, pomegranate, and other flora, a line of character in relief at one side. Height: 4 1/2" Width: 4 1/2" Depth: 3/4"
