Elvis Presley Personally Owned 10K Yellow Gold and Tiger Eye Ring Given to Pat West W/(2) LOAs - This 10k yellow gold and 17mm tiger eye ring was personally owned and worn by Elvis Presley. Elvis' spiritual beliefs often affected the jewelry he chose, and Tiger Eye was one gemstone that he favored likely due to the belief that the stone brings harmony, balance and protection, and enhances good luck. This ring was eventually given by Elvis to Pat West, wife of Red West, and secretary to Elvis at the time. The ring comes with a certificate of authenticity from the Elvis Presley Museum signed by Jimmy Velvet and Red West which states in part, "This large cat's eye ring was worn by Elvis Presley. It was given to Pat West by Elvis while Pat was his secretary." The ring is also accompanied by further provenance that includes a photocopy of a letter dated December 15, 1983 on Elvis Presley Museum letterhead documenting the leasing of items for a 24 month period with Jimmy Velvet as the Lessee and Red and Pat West as Lessor, and a two-page listing of the items leased with the ring listed on the second page with an additional note, "Rings Elvis personally gave my wife, Patricia Boyd West, formerly Elvis' secretary."
