Large Chinese Ming Dynasty Longquan Celadon Porcelain Charger with only a Lotus Flower incised under the thick bubble suffused glaze over the simple round shape; the reverse glazed over the foot ring leaving a wide unglazed area to recessed base with a small circle of glaze to center, the unglazed area burned brown in the kiln fire. Diameter 14 1/4 inches (36 cm.).
