These mags aren't listed in the Grand Comics Database; Heritage has never offered so much as a single ish; and a comprehensive internet search yields the following information, and nothing more:

"The Boy's Paper reprinted various newspaper comics; Superman, Prince Valiant, King of the Royal Mounted, Mandrake the Magician, The Phantom and others. In the beginning the covers were the first page of the Superman strips. The series was published fortnightly and the last issue (#52) is dated April 30, 1949." — MandrakeWiki.org.
