Born in Jamaica, Hubert was a commercial fisherman and boat builder for two decades. In 1971 Walters immigrated to the United States, settled in New York and began working as a carpenter. Only two years later Walters and his wife left the city for North Carolina where they settled in and Hubert began working in textile mills. Framed to 27" x 27" 2"
