FRANCISCO JOSE DE GOYA (Spanish/French, 1746-1828), “Charles V Spearing a Bull in the Ring at Valladolid," from "La Tauramaquia," etching with aquatint on laid paper, (approximate dimensions - plate: 9 7/8 x 14 inches, sheet: 11 x 16 1/2 inches); signed in plate lower left, plate no. 10 upper right margin; label adhered to frame verso: "4th edition 1905. Ed 100;" watermark at center "Van Gelder Zonen." Condition: Toning, slight acid burn, slight buckling at upper area, and some wear to edges. Verso upper edges is taped to backboard. Notes: Frame has wear, approximate dimensions - frame: 16 5/8 x 20 5/8 inches.
