Offered here for your consideration are six vintage bird themed pins. The first pin is a channel inlay bird design pin that can double as a pendant. The inlay is created with turquoise, coral, onyx, and mother of pearl accented with flattened twisted wire. Three of the pins are road runner designs featuring one turquoise cabochon resting in a smooth silver bezel for the eye. Two of them are accented with hand stamped designs, and the third features a silver overlay design with textured and darkened background. One pin features a small roadrunner design with two turquoise flush inlays in a sterling silver setting. The final pin features a channel and mosaic inlay bird design created with turquoise, coral, onyx, mother of pearl, and shell surrounded by needlepoint turquoise cabochons resting in handmade sawtooth bezels with silver dots at the ends. *Note: There appears to be a small crack at the tip of the left wing on the bird. APPROX AGE: Vintage (meaning somewhere between the 1930s and 1970s).
SIZE: The first pin measures approximately 1 1/4 inches wide at the widest point x 2 inches from top to bottom. The road runner pins measure from approximately 1 inch to 3 inches across at the widest part x 1/4 inch to 1 inch from top to bottom. The round pin measures approximately 1 7/8 inches in diameter, and total weight is 52.3 grams.
CONDITION: Average to good for their age, normal wear and minor imperfections expected. *Note: There appears to be a small crack at the tip of the left wing on the bird on the round pin..
