A GEORGE III SILVER MUG
by Henry Chawner, London 1790, of straight-sided tapering form, with three reeded bands and reeded strap handle with leaf-form terminals. 9.8cm high, 8.1 troy ounces
Dent to the skirt of the base. The open end is slightly out of shape. No personalised engraving or evidence of erasure. Maker's mark is slightly rubbed but legible. The other marks are clear.
