of baluster form, raised on a circular foot with gem set, filigree decoration, the shoulders mounted with busts of queens Cleopatra and Marie Antoinette, the collar with a white enamelled Greek key border and set with cabochons, the cover formed as a crown set with pearls and decorated with gem set fleur de lys, centred by a finial modelled as a Sovereign Orb with enamelled cross above, mounted in a purpose made, shaped, leather display case, with old Sotheby's label to the inside,
