Very good condition, having no apparent damage or repairs. Removed from frame for inspection, photographing, and shipping. Sold unframed.

Provenance: Andre Ostier collection, Paris. Private collection, Carmel, California. Thence by descent to the current owner.

Provenance Note: The consignor's father was friendly with Andre Ostier from the late 1940s until his death in 1994. Andre Ostier was a well-known French photographer who was famously acquainted with many artists and European celebrities of the day.
