Condition/Comments: This sign of the Bartels professor appears to be hand-painted, with no manufacturer mark or artist signature. If brewery sanctioned, multiples may have been produced but not on a mass scale, and each would likely be somewhat unique. The only attribution to Bartels is the small button on the mans lapel. This is a rather large piece painted on masonite, measuring 19 inches in diameter. The surface is crazed and has wear, scratching, and other signs of age and wear. The colors remain strong and the image bold. Interesting and perhaps unique piece! Dark vertical line at center of can photos is reflection. All items are original unless otherwise noted.
