DESCRIPTION: Two antique Chinese polychrome export porcelain punch bowls:

(1) Famille rose punch bowl, the exterior decorated with floral and foliage motifs, mostly depicted as extending from trees in a garden, the well decorated with a floral spray, and with a gilt floral and foliage border extending around the inside lip. Possibly marked with "y" at underside. H: 4.5" W: 10.25" L: 10.5" Condition: Staple repairs. Two hairline cracks. Another, minor hairline cracks with a staple. Minor chip inside well. Minor and moderate enamel and gilt loss, consistent with age and use, in areas/spots.
(1) Punch bowl featuring reserves with enameled figural, floral, foliage and bird motifs, and additional underglaze blue floral and foliage motifs. H: 4.25" W: 10.25" L: 10.5" Condition: Stapled repaired break. Another repaired break (non-staple). Two hairline cracks. Moderate gilt loss, consistent with age and use. Minor enamel loss, consistent with age and use, in spots.
