1870 Rare Wind-Up Boy on Velocipede Manufactured by Stevens & Brown and Mechanics Pat'd by Arthur Allen & Pat'd Dated - features boy with painted composition shoulder plate head and features, jacket, shirt and knickers original but in poor condition, wooden and wired body, pat'd dated Feb 1, 1870 / Jan 25, 1870, on exterior of mechanical housing, wired metal hands and boots, both present but detached from original design, approximately 15 1/2" L x 10" H, untested, bent axle to back wheel, one wheel lacking spoke and rim portion.
