Matted, framed and glazed. Hinged to mat at upper edge. No tears or nicks. An approximate 1 1/2-inch diameter area of brownish spots in image at lower right edge just above the signature (possibly foxing). Another area of very faint brownish discoloration to upper left corner of image. Examined out of frame.
