Description
French Flintlock Double Barrel Fowler, Olive of Marsaille, Ca. Late 18th C., 24 Ga. (.570 Cal.) L 57" | 41" barrels with scrolling floral engravings and gold damascening at the breech ends. Swan neck hammers and double triggers. Lots marked "Olive". Right side lock is an older replacement with a different style pan. Walnut stock with a checkered grip. Monogrammed trigger guard.
Condition
Refinished metal components with scattered pitting. A few dings to the stock.
