Gekko Ogata - Tea Ceremony by Cherry Tree. Japanese woodblock print.
The first edition of this design was published in 1895. The current print was printed in the Meiji period (1868 - 1912).
Size of the image (excluding margins) in inches 12.6 x 8.3 (32.0 x 21.0 cm.)
The print has a browned stripe in the middle, leading from the bottom to the top. It retains old backing and a not has been written in pencil on the back.
