Description

Very good condition, showing light toning on edges-enlarge pictures-otherwise very good. We opened up the back and removed the print to insure it is not trimmed. Other than overall toning, this one is in very good condition. Thomas Hart Benton (1889-1975) 1942 "The Race" lithograph based on an oil painting of the same name showing a horse racing a steam engine across a western landscape. This print is the Associated American Artists, New York edition of 250, pencil signed lower right. Approx. sight size 10 1/4" x 13 3/4".
