Manufactured in 1983, a Colt Custom Shop Signature Special Edition. Huntsman 4.5" barrel, chambered in .22LR, with blade front sight and rear Elliason adjustable notch. Left side of the barrel is stamped with the Colt address in a single line centered. Polished blue and matte finish. The left side of the frame is stamped "HUNTSMAN" with the rampant Colt trademark above it. Left side of the slide is gold etched featuring a target shooter, scroll and "COLT CAL.22". The right side of the slide is gold etched with matching scroll. Colt walnut checkered wood grip panels with right hand shooter thumb rest. Includes factory 10 round magazine, stamped on the bottom "COLT .22L.R." on the base. Includes original box with the Colt Custom Shop neon label and a factory Colt blue velveteen lined presentation case. Case has a black with gold etching reading "Model S Master's Edition 1 of 400", and a Colt Custom coat of arms emblem inlaid in the bottom right corner. CALIBER: .22 LR. S/N: 315380S. Retains 98%+ custom finish throughout with faint handling wear. Does not appear to have ever been fired. Box does show handling wear. Case shows only faint handling marks and includes the original shipping box.
