A beautiful hand paint color, and ink on paper woodblock horizontal print. Edo Period, features three commoners kneeling down until the procession of the feudal lord pass. Full title 37th station : Fujikawa, no. 28. Original print can be found in the 1830s series, Fifty-three Stations of the Tokaido Road, by the ukiyo-e artist Utagawa Hiroshige. Title series on the top right. Title print on the top right. Artist signature and publisher seal on the lower left. Print placed on the mat paper. Mat: 18.25"W x 13"H. Print size: 14.5"W x 10"H.
