JOSHEGHAN RUG: 7í3" X 10í6"
Second Half of the 20th Century
Rich red field features a blue central medallion and traditional diamond-shaped clusters of bright ivory, yellow and other jewel-tone stylized floral elements. Navy blue subfield. Ivory guard borders with a rudimentary meandering vine and a reciprocal red and blue spearpoint pattern. Broad charcoal main border with Josheghan stylized motifs.
