HALLOWEEN H20: 20 YEARS LATER (1998) / HALLOWEEN ENDS (2022) - Michael Myers' (Chris Durand) Psychiatric Evaluation File Copy with Hospital Signs - Michael Myers' (Chris Durand) psychiatric evaluation file copy from Steve Miner's Halloween H20: 20 Years Later with hospital signs from David Gordon Green's Halloween Ends. The late Dr. Loomis kept a collection of Myers-related paperwork in his office, including his psychiatric evaluation revealed during the opening credits. In Halloween Ends, Allyson Nelson (Andi Matichak) worked at Haddonfield Memorial Hospital as a nurse.

This lot consists of two manila file folders with two papers and an evaluation printed with Myers' information and stamped with a red "Confidential" stamp. Also included are two foam and plastic wall signs, five paper signs, and three double-sided cardstock brochure covers. This lot exhibits dents and scuffs in the form, as well as frayed corners on the papers and cardstock. Dimensions: (largest) 12" x 9" (30.5 cm x 23)
