Captain EO opened in Disneyland Park on September 20, 1986 shortly after it was released at the Epcot Center and at Tokyo Disneyland in 1987. These tickets were given to Thomas G. Smith, who spent several years as ILM's General Manager.

This lot consists of seven pages of printed storyboards in a manila folder marked "EO Storyboards (Artist Unknown)"; one black press release folder with 10 black-and-white photos with six having captions taped to the back and 37 pages of background information about the cast, production, and creators; 1x press release folder; one black folder in a manila file folder marked "EO - Tickets and Production Notes" with three notices, three tickets, one itinerary, one invitation marked for Tom Smith, a vinyl sticker, and a copy of the Narrator's opening; two laminated badges labeled for Tom Smith; two metal and enamel pins for Captain EO in Disneyland and Tokyo Disneyland; and one pair of purple acrylic 3D glasses with black cellophane lenses. This lot exhibits discoloration, water damage, a broken pin, and missing arms on the glasses. Dimensions: (largest) 12" x 12" x 0.5" (30.5 cm x 30.5 cm x 1.5 cm)
