SERIES, 1996) - Light-Up "Trials and Tribble-ations" Communicator - A light-up communicator from the Season 5 episode "Trials and Tribble-ations" of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. In the episode, the crew of the Defiant traveled back in time to the 23rd century and swapped out their Starfleet gear for era-appropriate versions to blend in with Captain Kirk's (William Shatner) crew as they sought to retrieve a Bajoran Orb amidst a Tribble infestation.

Designed based on the communicators from Gene Roddenberry's Star Trek, this resin Starfleet communicator, features static metal and plastic accents. Powered by AAA batteries, the communicator is affixed on front with a metal antennae grill that lifts to reveal three LED lights that illuminate yellow, red, and green. it exhibits some chipping, scuffed paint, and discoloration from production use and age.
