Two Pewter Deep Dishes, New England and London, early 19th century. One deep dish impressed with marks of Ebenezer Southmayd (Middletown, Connecticut and Castleton, Vermont, 1775-1831), and a deeper plate impressed on reverse with marks of Townsend & Compton (London, England, 1801-11) together with wiggle-work initials H.Z., all encircled by finely planished booge, largest diam. 11 7/8, ht. 1 5/8 in.
