Antique 19th century tabernacle mirror fitted with a remnant of a late 18th / early 19th century still life painting with flowers and a parrot. Entire piece measures 62.25" tall x 32.5" wide and 2.1" deep. Painting appears to be unsigned. Condition: signs of wear and age to frame, mirror pane replaced and has scattered spots, heavy damage and signs of aging to painting on canvas, canvas has scattered holes and tears, canvas can been seen deteriorating from the backside - very very brittle, scattered losses, repairs and in-painting to canvas, see images.
