Sculpture ''Fireman'' Jan Fisar (1933 in Horovice, Czechoslovakia - 2010) Opalescent hollow glass, freely formed, cut and polished, painted, burned-in decals. In diamond crack: J. FISAR 1989. H. 50 cm; W. 37 cm; D. 24 cm. Unlike most other Czech glass artists, Jan Fisar had a classical sculptural education; This can still be clearly seen in his glass objects. Some of his objects consisted of intricate compositions of sunken, sunken and cut hollow glass, a technique that is unique in the world. The non-committal design of his ''baroque'' glass sculptures convinced with the consistency of expression and the originality of the dynamics. With his work, he expressed philosophical messages on the one hand, and on the other hand, he used them to solve unique technological problems.
