A fantastic Italian Wine/Champagne bottle holder, shaped as a bear with brown glass eyes, featuring a detailed repousse body simulating fur and paws to the side, an absolutely charming piece. The hinge has become a little flimsy, so the piece should be opened carefully. Patina according to age. The bear fits wine and champagne sized bottles but has not been tested for watertightness with ice. Measures approx. 16" high x 8 1/2" wide x 7 1/2" deep. Incredibly decorative conversation piece!
