A CHINESE BLUE AND WHITE PORCELAIN BOWL, 18TH CENTURY. Finely potted rounded body on a straight foot decorated to the exterior with figure on horseback. 9cm diam. Slight nicks and fritting to rim, with no visible hairlines and no signs of repair. Provenance: Property of Dennis Young, son to Sir Mark Aitchison Young GCMG (1886-1974) who served as Governor of Hong Kong between 1941 and 1947, thence by descent.
