Condition
Overall good condition with scattered scuffs, scratches, nicks, and indentations commensurate with age and use. Steel frame with oxidation to the metal. The runners with black scuffs and more concentrated wear to ends. The upholstery overall fair to good condition with general soiling and three splits in the stitched seams, each measuring 4-6" long as well as a split to underside of armrest area 1.5" long.
