2.22.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1448-The flat mirror plate is intact with no noted chips or cracks, there is spotting and hazing to the plate, particularly along the top at center and through mid-region, the frame itself does exhibit small losses, rubs, and wear to paint with some variation in color to painted touchups, composite elements show some small losses and wear, all typical of this type of mirror and commensurate with age, please see attached images for your review. br>
