02.12.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 159: I note that the table is presently intact and structurally sturdy, there is light staining, including an area of marker stains, and water spotting to the top panel, as well as a visible seam near the central quadrant of the top panel, and a split to the foot (not affecting stability), I observe minor surface wear concentrated to table top and foot edges such as minor abrasions, nicks, and minute chips
