A "Hand Klaxon" (car horn) in original wooden box - the box measures 12"W x 10"D x 7"H - Does not push all the way down so sold as non-working, otherwise good condition. Early 20th century. Provenance: From the Thomas & Gail Rockwell collection, LaGrangeville NY. Tom is the son of the renowned American artist, Norman Rockwell and the author or many children's books. His late wife Gail, was an artist-illustrator and the daughter of Arthur E. Sudler and Janet Whitson Sudler, both early 20th century artists - she illustrated several of her husband's children's books.
