Description
Wedgwood Black Basalt library bust of the Roman God Mercury (Greek God Hermes) circa late 19th century. Mounted to a round socle base. The impressed Wedgwood marks are found on the back of the bust and inside of the base. Height 18-1/4". From the collection of Kenneth Beachler. SHIPPING: In-House Shipping Available on this lot. Condition
There are small nicks on top edge of the socle base and a chip On the lower back edge of the bust. There appears to have possibly been old repairs to both of the wings on the helmet. There is a
