Both are signed and appear to be from the same maker and one has a heavily pitted metal beak and the other has a wood beak. The one with the metal beak has shotgun shot in the chest and the other decoy has two holes above the legs. Maker stamp at the bottom of each is hard to read but it appears to be "WERC. or WARD." Both have paint loss and wood beak decoy has chest damage repair, with a crack around the chest. Might be from being hit with shot. Largest is 9-1/2" long and the mount with birds measures 17" long x 9-1/2" high. A nice old branch log display. Woodard collection.
