Any lots remaining after that date will be moved to storage and a $50 per lot transfer fee will be charged and storage fees will begin to accrue immediately. Appointments for pickups are required to be made at least 24 hours in advance. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. There is no assistance available for large or heavy items.
