1 silk lace evening gown w/ deep V-neckline over champagne silk satin & chiffon underdress, deep sleeve cuffs & hanging skirt panels edged w/ broad bands of same satin, c. 1925, B 42”, W 36”, L 50”, (several small breaks in lace, light 1” stain CF lap, light hem discoloration, CB “tails” tattered & torn at hem); 1 yellow cotton lace evening dress w/ scoop neckline, long sleeves w/ buttons to wrist, drop W w/ shaped skirt falling to ankle length at CB, rayon & tulle underdress, c. 1928, B 36”, W 34”, L 46”, (1.5” tear rt SH, few small stains & holes, underdress shattered at SH & underarms, minor tarnish to cuff buttons) both good. Deaccessioned by the Valentine Museum to benefit collections care, preservation and future acquisitions.
