Wonderful gilt silver mounted carved wood blackamoor brooch displaying a headdress accented by a bezel set garnet cabochon, an oval green cabochon - most surely a tourmaline and a band of round faceted yellow gems; turquoise bead accented dangling earrings; and a necklace comprised of (8) round faceted pink-red gems - most surely rubies, and a bezel set pink and orange faceted gem. Apparently unmarked. Total approx. weight of the brooch is 7.6 grams (gross). From a Mamaroneck, NY estate. Dimensions: brooch measures approx. 0.75" w x 1.63" h.
