Cast iron mooring stanchion made by American Engineering Co (Philadelphia USA). This stanchion was used by the Milwaukee Christopher Columbus steam boat. It was in use for more than four decades and is a part of Milwaukee maritime history. Measures 28" tall by 18" across. This piece is extremely heavy and will need assistance to move.
