"Let the good times roll" was the Kawasaki motto for their line of motorcycles and bicycles, This Kawasaki BX200 Motorcross bike is not an ordinary BMX bike from the mid-1970s. This particular bike is from the private collection of 3-time Indianapolis 500 winner Johnny Rutherford. While on a trip to the West Coast, Rutherford was gifted the bike by Dan Gurney when visiting long-time friend Gurney's shop.Gurney's All American Racers manufactured BMX bikes, so this may have been one he purchased to check out the competition.
