Ralph DePalma's historic original 1924 Los Angeles Evening Express Challenge Trophy For Stock Cars Making Fastest Time Up Mount Wilson Toll Road . Included with trophy is an original real photo postcard of De Palma's car. The trophy was awarded for his drive time of 25 minutes and 48.85 seconds on July 16, 1924. The trophy is in fair condition with toning and wear from use and age. It has been missshapen over time. Still display very well. Here is your chance to won a true piece of early automotive racing history! It measures approximately 11" tall by 11" across. "Ralph" DePalma was an American racing driver who won the 1915 Indianapolis 500. His entry at the International Motorsports Hall of Fame estimates that he won nearly 2,000 races."
