Schreider was left as a social revolutionary, since March 1918 participated in the drafting of the Councils Constitution, but was later imprisoned by the Bolsheviks in Moscow Butyrki prison, where design was also present. In 1923 he published (also in Berlin during the Scythian–Verlag), “Philosophical Studies of the Populists“ (Ocherki filosofii narodnichestvo) in Russian. – Translator Hurwicz later also made the report Viktor Chernov, a further important social revolutionary, the German audience .- Exceptionally rare source of the October Revolution.
Schreider nahm als linker Sozialrevolutionär seit März 1918 an der Ausarbeitung der Räteverfassung teil, wurde jedoch später von den Bolschewiki im Moskauer Butyrki-Gefängnis inhaftiert, wo auch vorliegender Entwurf entstand. 1923 veröffentlichte er (ebenfalls in Berlin beim Skythen-Verlag) “Philosophische Studien der Narodniki” (Ocherki filosofii narodnichestvo) in russischer Sprache. – Übersetzer Hurwicz machte später auch den Bericht Viktor Tschernows, eines weiteren wichtigen Sozialrevolutionärs, dem deutschen Publikum zugänglich.- Außergewöhnlich seltene Quelle zur Oktoberrevolution.

The constitution of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic from 1918, also called the Basic Law (???????? ?????, Osnovnoy zakon) which governed the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic, described the regime that assumed power in the October Revolution of 1917. This constitution, which was ratified soon after the Declaration Of Rights Of The Working And Exploited People,[1] formally recognized the working class as the ruling class of Russia according to the principle of the dictatorship of the proletariat, therein making the Russian Soviet Republic the world's first constitutionally socialist state.
