A two-sided, electric loco class lamp made by the Adams & Westlake Co. for the Southern Pacific Co. The hinged lid has a medallion mounted underside that contains many A&W patents difficult to read. "SP" is embossed in the lid but obscured by old black deteriorating paint. There are two clear, ribbed lenses in good condition. Each spectacle is equipped with a side-lever-actuated green lens inside. The mounting arm is intact. There is an original electric light socket inside that is connected to a switch with outside scalloped disk for on/off. There is old wiring inside. The unit has not been tested and is being sold as-is. It appears to be complete as manufactured. Condition: (6.0). Dimensions: 11" x 10 - 1/2" x 11 - 1/2".
